These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WeHire.tech (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is offered in two capacities: as a company/recruiter ("Employer") posting jobs, assessments, and managing candidates, or as a job seeker ("Candidate") applying to jobs and completing assessments or AI interviews. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any company you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
Employers may post job listings, publish them to third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, where connected), create assessments and screening questions, invite candidates to AI-led interviews, and record hiring decisions. Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings and for complying with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws when screening and hiring candidates. Automated scoring, AI interview evaluations, and ATS matching scores provided by the Service are decision-support tools only — final hiring decisions and their consequences remain the Employer's sole responsibility.
Candidates may create a profile, upload a resume and optional video presentation, apply to jobs, complete technical assessments, and participate in AI-led interviews. Assessments may include integrity monitoring (for example, detecting tab-switching or blocked copy/paste during a timed test) to help Employers assess results fairly; this monitoring is limited to the assessment session and is visible to the Employer who invited you.
Certain features are offered on paid plans, billed and processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: post unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings; misrepresent your identity or qualifications; attempt to circumvent assessment integrity controls; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation; or use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (job postings, resumes, videos, answers, notes). By submitting content you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Service — for example, showing a candidate's resume to the Employer they applied to.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including LinkedIn (job publishing), Google (calendar and meeting scheduling), Stripe (payments), and AI providers (assessment generation and AI interview evaluation). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made using the Service. Automated scoring and AI-generated evaluations may contain errors and should not be the sole basis for a hiring decision.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
